We've spent the past four years managing short-term rentals across the city, with Airbnb our real specialism, we know our way around Booking.com and Vrbo well too. We use our experience to maximise earnings and guest experiences and place most of our energy optimising those platforms to get the best returns for our clients.
We built this business to be flexible, because rigid contracts don't suit real life. If you still use the property yourself, or you simply don't want to be locked into anything, our service is aligned with you in mind. We don't tie owners into long contracts unless they'd genuinely prefer that.
Upfront about money, always.
Our commission only comes out after Airbnb's fees are taken and after your cleaning fee has gone straight to you. You stay in control of the cleaning payments, and unlike a lot of operators, we never take a cut of them.
Our thinking is simple: if your listing does well, you do well and so do we. We've even covered maintenance consts upfront ourselves on occasion, just to keep a listing performing at its best, because we know the long-term payoff is worth it for everyone.
